Red algae stimulates the skin’s own hyaluronic acid production, effectively and sustainably supplying it with moisture. Combined with aloe vera and Börlind’s own deep spring water, the botanical hyaluronic acid from white jelly fungus provides intensive moisture, plumping the skin.

  • AQUA [WATER]
    • BÖRLIND’s own deep spring water comes from 166 meters below ground. It is characterized by its high level of purity and impeccable microbiological quality.
  • CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE
    • This neutral oil is a mixture of medium-chain fatty acids derived from plants. It is a gentle, non-greasy and oxidatively stable oil.
  • SQUALANE
    • Squalane, derived from sugar cane, is very similar to the skin’s natural squalene. This botanical oil leaves skin feeling silky and non-greasy. It has smoothing and moisture-retaining effects.
  • ALCOHOL
    • Pure (undenatured) potable alcohol, derived from the fermentation of plants containing starch or sugar, is used as a solvent for extracts and active substances. It also has refreshing, vascular toning and preserving effects.
  • COCO-CAPRYLATE
    • This vegetable oil component is absorbed well by the skin and leaves no oily film.
  • SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS SEED OIL [JOJOBA]
    • The liquid wax obtained from the seed of the jojoba shrub has smoothing, nurturing and protective effects. It is absorbed well without being greasy and has UV-absorbing properties.
  • SODIUM POLYPHOSPHATE
    • This condensation product of salts is used as a stabilizer.
  • GLYCERIN
    • Glycerin, derived from vegetable oil, has a moisturizing effect.
  • TOCOPHERYL ACETATE
    • Provitamin E, derived from vegetable oils, is an antioxidant and therefore protects against free radicals and thus against premature aging. It also prevents skin damage caused by UV rays.
  • ARGININE
    • Arginine is an amino acid. Amino acids are components of proteins and also occur in human skin as natural moisturizing factors (NMF). They maintain the skin’s protective acid mantle layer and bind moisture.
  • AROMA [FRAGRANCE]
    • Aroma is the collective term for fragrances such as plant distillates, mixtures of essential oils and perfume compounds.
  • GLYCINE SOJA OIL [SOYBEAN]
    • The oil obtained from soybeans contains vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. It offers good skin protection and makes dry, flaky skin supple again.
  • COPPER PCA
    • The copper salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid has moisturizing and skin-purifying effects.
  • ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE POWDER
    • Organic aloe vera is a traditional natural remedy. The extract has anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and soothing properties. In powdered form, aloe vera can be used in high concentrations and without preservatives.
  • SODIUM LACTATE
    • This lactic acid salt, derived through fermentation from plants, has a moisturizing effect. It occurs in human skin as a natural moisturizing factor (NMF).
  • LACTIC ACID
    • Lactic acid, derived from plants through fermentation, has a moisturizing effect. It is also an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid).
  • SODIUM HYALURONATE
    • Vegan hyaluronic acid, sustainably obtained using biotechnology, has a very high water-binding capacity. It has moisturizing and smoothing effects.
  • TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS SPOROCARP EXTRACT [HYALURONIC ACID]
    • White jelly fungus is a traditional natural remedy. The extract obtained from it is a botanical form of hyaluronic acid.
  • XANTHAN GUM
    • Xanthan gum is obtained through fermentation from a plant substrate and is used as a natural gelling agent.
  • FUCUS VESICULOSUS EXTRACT
    • Brown algae extract has a moisturizing effect.
  • PHENETHYL ALCOHOL
    • Phenethyl alcohol is a primary component of rose oil. It is a natural fragrance with an anti-microbial effect.
  • GERANIOL
    • Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
  • SODIUM CARRAGEENAN
    • This carrageenan derivative, obtained from red algae, is used as a gelling agent.
  • MALACHITE EXTRACT
    • Malachite mineral extract is a natural blue colorant and has an antioxidant effect.
  • LIMONENE
    • Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
  • BENZYL BENZOATE
    • Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
  • BENZYL SALICYLATE
    • Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
  • MARIS SAL [SEA SALT]
    • Sea salt obtained from Brittany or the Dead Sea is used as a sustainable, gentle exfoliant. The minerals and trace elements it contains also nourish, sooth and moisturize the skin when dissolved.
  • ROSA FLORIBUNDA CALLUS EXTRACT
    • These sustainably obtained extracts from Black Forest rose stem cells were developed exclusively for Börlind. Both extracts have a moisturizing effect. The lipo-soluble extract stimulates the skin’s own hyaluronic acid production, strengthens the skin’s protective barrier and increases skin elasticity. The hydro-soluble extract activates the skin’s collagen synthesis, while at the same time inhibiting collagen breakdown and thus counteracting skin aging.
