Use

Apply to cleansed facial skin, omitting the area around the eyes. Leave to take effect for 10–15 minutes, then massage in gently with warm water and circular movements to achieve an exfoliating effect, and remove. Use once or twice a week.

  • AQUA [WATER]
    • BÖRLIND’s own deep spring water comes from 166 meters below ground. It is characterized by its high level of purity and impeccable microbiological quality.
  • COCO-CAPRYLATE/CAPRATE
    • This vegetable oil component is absorbed well by the skin and leaves no oily film.
  • CAPRYLYL CAPRYLATE/CAPRATE
    • This vegetable oil component is absorbed well by the skin and leaves no oily film.
  • CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE
    • This neutral oil is a mixture of medium-chain fatty acids derived from plants. It is a gentle, non-greasy and oxidatively stable oil.
  • BEHENYL ALCOHOL
    • Behenyl alcohol, obtained from moringa tree seeds, is a lipid component (fatty alcohol). It nourishes the skin and enhances the consistency of emulsions.
  • ALCOHOL
    • Pure (undenatured) potable alcohol, derived from the fermentation of plants containing starch or sugar, is used as a solvent for extracts and active substances. It also has refreshing, vascular toning and preserving effects.
  • COCONUT ALKANES
    • This vegetable oil component is absorbed well by the skin and leaves no oily film.
  • BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII BUTTER [SHEA]
    • This organic shea butter is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins. Shea butter offers very good skin protection and makes dry, flaky skin supple again.
  • SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS SEED OIL [JOJOBA]
    • The liquid wax obtained from the seed of the jojoba shrub has smoothing, nurturing and protective effects. It is absorbed well without being greasy and has UV-absorbing properties.
  • POLYGLYCERYL-3 STEARATE
    • This emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.
  • BENTONITE
    • This mixture of natural clay minerals, created by the weathering of volcanic ash, thickens and stabilizes emulsions.
  • GLYCERIN
    • Glycerin, derived from vegetable oil, has a moisturizing effect.
  • SQUALANE
    • Squalane, derived from sugar cane, is very similar to the skin’s natural squalene. This botanical oil leaves skin feeling silky and non-greasy. It has smoothing and moisture-retaining effects.
  • ORYZA SATIVA POWDER [RICE]
    • Dry rice is crushed and used as a natural, renewable and therefore sustainable exfoliant.
  • SODIUM STEAROYL LACTYLATE
    • This emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.
  • BENZYL ALCOHOL
    • Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products. Benzyl alcohol is also used as a preservative.
  • SODIUM STEAROYL GLUTAMATE
    • This co-emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.
  • MALTODEXTRIN
    • This polysaccharide, derived from vegetable starch, is used as a base for powdered active substances made from plants. It also has a moisturizing effect.
  • AROMA [FRAGRANCE]
    • Aroma is the collective term for fragrances such as plant distillates, mixtures of essential oils and perfume compounds.
  • DEHYDROXANTHAN GUM
    • Dehydroxanthan, obtained from xanthan gum through heat treatment, is used as a natural gelling agent.
  • MALIC ACID
    • Malic acid is an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid). It has moisturizing properties and a mild exfoliant effect.
  • CITRIC ACID
    • Citric acid is obtained from plant substrate through fermentation. It is used to regulate pH levels. It is also an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid).
  • LACTIC ACID
    • Lactic acid, derived from plants through fermentation, has a moisturizing effect. It is also an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid).
  • SYRINGA VULGARIS EXTRACT [LILAC]
    • This active substance, derived sustainably from lilac using biotechnology, has clarifying, inflammation-reducing and sebum-regulating effects.
  • GLYCERYL CAPRYLATE
    • This lipid component, derived from plant fatty acids and vegetable glycerin, stabilizes emulsions. It is also moisturizing and nourishing.
  • LINALOOL
    • Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
  • HYDROGENATED LECITHIN
    • Hydrogenated vegetable lecithin has a nourishing effect and stabilizes emulsions.
  • GERANIOL
    • Fragrance contained in perfume mixtures. To be listed separately in the list of ingredients in accordance with the EU Regulation on Cosmetic Products.
  • SACCHARIDE ISOMERATE
    • This polysaccharide, sustainably derived from phytoplankton using biotechnology, has regenerative, moisture-retaining and smoothing effects and refines pores.
  • PHENETHYL ALCOHOL
    • Phenethyl alcohol is a primary component of rose oil. It is a natural fragrance with an anti-microbial effect.
  • ASCORBYL PALMITATE
    • Fat-soluble forms of vitamin C protect against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging.
  • LECITHIN
    • Lecithin, obtained from soy or sunflowers, has a nourishing effect and stabilizes emulsions.
  • TOCOPHEROL
    • Vitamin E, derived from vegetable oils, stabilizes cosmetics. As an antioxidant, it protects against free radicals and thus against premature skin aging. It also prevents skin damage caused by UV rays.
  • HYDROGENATED PALM GLYCERIDES CITRATE
    • This emulsifier, derived from plant substances, binds water with oil.
